Payton has spent the last 12 years in the real-estate investment sector focused on Central and Southern California investment properties. While mostly involved in the acquisition of residential and multi-family properties he has also contributed in some large commercial transactions as well. During this time, he has been crucial in identifying and qualifying properties for rehab and re-sale, as well as long-term rental holds. Payton has specialized in the foreclosure markets of Kern, Ventura, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, and Monterey Counties, with an emphasis on added value real estate. Payton also specializes in property management and project management and continues to work in the property/project management field presently.

Payton works closely with investor’s and clients to meet the needs of their budget and find prospective properties that not only make sense from a practical living perspective, but also an investment stand-point.

With a background in investment and construction management Payton has also been able to assist his clients in identifying real costs and hurdles when understanding the associated risks in purchasing debilitated properties and major remodels.
